Our Removals Service Refund and Cancellation Policy

AtMovers 24/7 Group Ltd , we strive to provide excellent and reliable removals services. We understand that plans can change and unforeseen issues may arise. Our policy below outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Timeframe and Fees:

    • Within 24 Hrs of the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of [e.g., 50% of the service cost or a fixed amount] will be charged to cover initial logistics and planning costs. The remaining balance may be refunded, based on management approval and dependant on circumstance .

    • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or on the day: A late cancellation fee of [100% of the service cost] will be charged, as we are unable to reallocate our resources on such short notice.

2. Service Issues and Refunds

  • Damaged Goods: While we take the utmost care, in the unlikely event that your items are damaged during the move due to our negligence, we will follow our comprehensive insurance policy and claims process to compensate you fairly. This is handled separately through our insurance claim procedure, not a standard "return".

  • Service Not as Described: If the service provided significantly deviates from the agreed-upon terms and scope of work, please contact us immediately (within [e.g., 24] hours of service completion). We will investigate the issue and, if warranted, offer a partial or full refund or a service recovery solution.

  • Guarantee: We guarantee that our services will be performed with professional diligence and care. If the service is faulty or doesn't meet professional standards, a resolution will be offered.

3. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are typically processed within 14  business days of the cancellation date or the resolution of a service issue.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
