Do you supply the packaging material in advance?

Yes. Where we are doing a move and packaging needs to be supplied we can arrange ahead of our visit for boxes and packaging material to be supplied to our clients ahead of the move. We understand some clients like to be able to pack some of their own products, small items or special/valuable items ahead of the big day themselves.

I’m moving outside of the M25, will you be able to deliver there?

Yes. Although we are based in London and specialise in all above in and around the M25, London and the SE we can deliver nationwide and also take on jobs outside of London as well.

When should I book a removals company?

It’s recommended to book at least 4–6 weeks before your moving date to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons like summer or holidays.

Can I move on weekends or bank holidays?

yes. We offer weekend and holiday services, but prices are typically higher for those dates due to demand so we try and recommend a weekday move where our clients are trying to keep the price most cost effective.

Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

Yes, our removals teams usually offer disassembly and reassembly for large or complex furniture items upon request. When we are doing a site survey we will cover all these aspects with our clients.

Do you do man and van jobs?

Yes. Many of our jobs are small local pick ups and deliveries priced very cost effectively and carried out efficiently
